White Hat AdSense Method
AdSense, it seems, is a tough nut to crack. It is easy enough to spend a few minutes a day on a site
which generates a few bucks a day but I think most people would like to learn how to earn some real
cash with Adsense, and do so in a completely white hat way.

This method will outline my white hat AdSense method which will easily bring you $20-$100 per day
with a very minimal investment of time, although you will have to invest a few minutes daily.
If you do not already have an AdSense account then let me give you a few pointers to easily get one fast.
1. They will accept almost everyone as long as you are not stealing content or have content against
their terms of service.
2. Create a free Blogger.com blog and write 45 posts on it. They only need to be 200 or so words
so you don’t really need to get too in depth. They should, however, be around the same
niche/theme. In addition you should at least have decent English, if not consider spending a
couple of dollars to get these outsoured over at DP.
3. Again don’t steal for this which includes hotlinking to other people’s pictures or copy+pasting
other people’s blog posts. Really, it should take you no more than 30 minutes to get a blog up
that you can submit to AdSense and get approved with.
Now that you have an AdSense account you can jump back in and follow the rest of the folks right
below:
The first thing to do is to start out a new blog. Now if you want you can do a WordPress install and host
this yourself or you can just head over to Blogger.com and get a free blog ready to roll. When setting up
this blog you want to make the title something such as Hot News and Gossip Blog as this will be what
most of your posts revolve around.
A few very important notes for the design/look of this blog:
1. The goal here is to get AdSense clicks so don’t put any other links leading away from your blog
on any of the pages. In addition here you want to minimize the theme by removing any widgets/
archived posts/categories and tags. This means that someone will either have to hit the back
button or click an ad, and they are going to be coming en mass to click your ads soon enough.
2. Change the template a little please, nobody wants to see that default blogger template!
3. Ad placement is everything. If you are on WordPress this is highly f lexbile and easily done. You
are doing to want to put an ad unit right in the individual post. People will not be viewing your
main index page of the blog but just individual posts so this is what you need to focus on. In
addition, having just one ad units assures that people will be clicking the highest paying ads
each time.
Now what we are going to do is to head over to Google Trends (http://www.google.com/trends) and
expand our view out to the 100 top trends of the day. These are the 100 most searched things at this
given moment so you can be sure there is going to be massive traffic for these terms for the next 524
hours. Normally it would take quite a bit of time to rank at the top of Google for something with so
many searches but luckily these are usually hot new topics that nobody has SEOd for so I will show you
two methods to get a link at the top of Google within just hours!
The first thing to do is to pick the appropriate Google Trend. Generally speaking only 5-20 of all of
these trends displayed are going to work with this method. The qualities of a good trend include:
1. Low competition. Do a standard Google search for the trend and look at the results. If you
notice that big .com’s have results this trend will not work. Generally speaking this means stay
away from ’real’ news that people like CNN/Fox/AP/TMZ will be covering.
2. Have an eye out for things that may be good. This is usually going to be like someone looking
for a streaming video of a new TV episode that just came out or perhaps they are on the hunt for
some video game cheats. The big guys are not going to be covering this stuff so competition is
low but the volume of searchers – your soon to be ad clickers – is extremely high.
Once you have identified the appropriate trend it is time to build a blog post around it. There are a few
things to bear in mind while creating this blog post:
1. You are after an ad click not repeat visitors – you will have no trouble getting new traffic
tomorrow. Leave your blog post short and lacking to get that ad click. So, if they are looking for
some TV episode then write a brief two paragraph commentary about how great the show was
but do not provide a link for it. Now they will have two choices, hit the back button or hit that
nice AdSense unit inside your post that has an ad for the very TV show streaming for free right
now!
2. Watch your keywords. These Google trends are hot so lots of marketers are going to be running
AdWords campaigns on the content network – which is where AdSense serves your ads from.
Be sure to use the exact keywords from the trend multiple times to get an ad that your very
targeted visitor will want to click.
3. Keep it short. Leave them lacking right off the bat so they can throw out that ad click instead of
getting bored and hitting the back button.
Now all that is left is to get these thousands of people that are extremely interested in your trend and
Googling away to your blog post that you have prepared for them. There are two great methods to get
your link in the top 5 spots of Google for your trend within hours. Let us go over this right now.
Digg.com Trick:
The Digg.com trick is what inspired this entire method and is really and truly one of the greatest traffic
methods I have learned in the last year or so. The way that this works is that Google loves Digg.com
and is constantly spidering/indexing it which is perfect for us. This means that given the right keywords
your Digg.com story (not your actual blog post but your digg.com/whatever submission) will hit one of
the top spots on Google for a few hours before fading because it is on a higher authority domain than
anyone else.
For normal SEO this is pretty worthless as it only lasts about 12 hours tops but since trends are only
popular, and extremely popular at that, for a short period of time this is all that you really need. To
claim the top spot follow this example:
Google Trend that was chosen is: Season 6 Episode 3 Family Guy
At Digg.com you would make your title: Season 6 Episode 3 Family Guy
In the description (in order to make sure the traffic clicks) you would run with: Watch season 6 episode
3 family guy here. Stream family guy season 6 episode 3 free and fast now!
That’s it kids. In about 12 hours your Digg.com link will be at the top of Google. People will click on it
and then click through to your blog post even if you have no Diggs on your story whatsoever!
But why should we have to settle for taking one of the top 5 or spots on Google for our trend keywords
when we can take another spot too and get about twice as much traffic today. We are going to do this
with the well known Yahoo! Answers trick which provides the same benefit of quickly taking top
Google spots for low competition search phrases.
Yahoo! Answers Trick:
For this trick we are going to go ahead and create two Yahoo! Answers accounts and, to keep things
simple for ya, I will call them Account 1 and Account 2 (I know – I’m super creative).
With Account 1 we will make a posting on Yahoo! Answers that will roll something like this:
Question Title: Watch Season 6 Episode 3 Family Guy?
Question Body: Watch Season 6 Episode 3 Family Guy Streaming Live for Free?
You will notice that I always add a question mark on the end. This is because it will help you to not get
flagged as spam quite a bit. It appears that perhaps you just have a poor grasp on the English language
rather than you are trying to rank for some keywords to promote something.
That’s it, no links on this account just post up your question and log out. Now head over to your second
account (Account 2) and pull up this recently asked question. Normally in promotion we choose you as
best answer when it lets you a few days later but in this instance we are not going to have the chance so
it is important that you switch accounts and post quickly in order to get your link in at the top spot and,
thus, capture the clicks from people on Google who find your Yahoo! Answers post.
Answer with Account 2 looking something like:
I just watched it for free at this one site over at http://www.YOURBLOGURL.com/YOURBLOGPOST
Submit that and you’re done. Now people from Google looking to watch this episode will have two
chances to end up at your blog post and, thus, click an ad for ya. On a poor trend you should be able to
easily capture a few thousand visitors and on a really solid trend you should be able to get more traffic
than you can imagine and huge earnings. On average, since this traffic is so targeted and has not found
what it needs, I get a 10%20% CTR which means some serious money for 30 minutes worth of work.
You can, of course, take this a step further since your trend is undoubtedly just as popular on social
bookmarking sites as it is on Google. However, you can also walk away right now as you will get most
of your traffic from this. Remember also there is no limit on this so why not start over and make
another blog post and do the promotion again!
You can quickly take and submit your blog post to the other top social bookmarking sites such as
Propeller.com, StumbleUpon.com and Reddit.com. This will probably not result in a whole lot but
should bring in a few hundred extra clicks for ya. Another tip here is to target slightly different
keywords. As an example, you can be sure that if there were that many people searching for Season 6
Episode 1 Family Guy then there were probably tons of people also searching for Watch Season 6
Episode 1 Family Guy Free and you can use this as your title on Propeller.com which, although not as
powerful as Digg.com, still has the potential to easily take a spot on page 1 of Google.com if the
competition is scarce as it would be with a longer tail keyword that you have just thought up yourself.
