Would appreciate any advice you have on how much to pay freelancers, and procedures for paying them, if they're in other towns. Would you think paying them in advance for some agreed-upon number of flyers? Or wait & let them report how many they've put out, and take their word for it? Or pay a little in advance, etc.?
